From a box of receipts to a finished return, in four steps

You upload. We organize. The accountant signs. No calls, no spreadsheets by hand.

  1. Create your account

Sign up on our secure portal and fill in the initial details of your return.

The system will identify whether you need an individual or a business return and, based on your tax situation, will generate a personalized file with the list of information and documents required for your case.

  2. Upload your information

Securely upload all the documentation needed to prepare your return.

Depending on the type of taxpayer, the portal will request only the applicable information, including personal documents, tax forms, bank and credit card statements, sales records, invoices, receipts, payroll, corporate documents and any other support needed for a complete preparation in accordance with IRS rules.

All documentation stays organized inside a secure digital file and sorted by tax year.

  3. We organize and analyze the information

Our system organizes all the documentation received and performs a preliminary accounting analysis to support the preparer's professional work.

On business returns, the system can:

    • Analyze bank and financial statements.
    • Classify income, expenses and other financial transactions.
    • Identify transfers, loans, capital contributions and distributions.
    • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
    • Generate preliminary financial statements, including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, General Ledger and Trial Balance.
    • Prepare workpapers and a preliminary mapping of the information to the corresponding tax forms.

When a transaction needs clarification, the system will request additional information directly in the portal before moving on.

All analyses and reports produced at this stage are working documents subject to professional review.

  4. Professional review and delivery

A tax professional reviews the entire file, validates the documentation received, makes the necessary adjustments and prepares the return in accordance with current tax law and IRS rules.

No return is considered final or filed until the professional review process is complete.

Once finished, the final return is added to the portal so the client can view and download it securely, together with the documents authorized for their tax file.

Licensed preparer reviewing documents at their desk

The one who reviews and signs is a licensed accountant.

We prepare the complete package and flag anything questionable. The decision and the responsibility always rest with a licensed preparer, who reviews line by line before approving.

  • Reviews every transaction flagged as questionable
  • Recategorizes in one click and the report rebuilds itself
  • Approves and signs: only then does your package go out

What you get

Every number, traceable

Every figure in the report links to the document and the exact line it came from. If the IRS asks, you have the source. No black boxes.

The books reconcile to the cent

Totals, reconciliations and depreciation calculated by the system and checked against your deposits. If something does not add up, it is flagged, not buried.

Signed by a licensed preparer

Nothing is filed automatically. A licensed preparer reviews the package, adjusts it and approves it with their signature.
